Terms for using GeoAscend as a software subscription product.

GeoAscend is a software product operated through geoascend.ai. We provide tools that help agencies and freelancers monitor how client brands appear in AI-generated answers, review visibility data, compare against competitors, and organize recommended next steps.

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the GeoAscend website, application, reports, generated assets, and related support services.

By accessing or using GeoAscend, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may use GeoAscend for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating brand visibility, reviewing reports, organizing findings, and using generated assets in support of client or internal marketing work.

Your use must comply with applicable law, contractual obligations to your clients, and any platform-specific rules that apply to the data or content you submit.

You may not use GeoAscend to violate law, infringe third-party rights, abuse or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit malicious code or harmful automated traffic.

You may not misrepresent GeoAscend output as guaranteed legal, financial, or commercial advice, and you may not use the service to make deceptive claims about outcomes or performance.

GeoAscend may offer paid subscriptions, usage-based services, pilot plans, or custom commercial arrangements. Pricing, billing cadence, and included limits will be presented in the product, on the pricing page, or through a written order or proposal.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes that apply to your use of the service. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

GeoAscend and its underlying software, design, branding, workflows, and product materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You retain rights to the information, prompts, client inputs, and business materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, support, and improve the product.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but GeoAscend is provided on an evolving software basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that specific third-party providers will remain accessible at all times.

Reports, findings, and generated assets are analytical tools intended to support decision-making. They are not guarantees of search visibility, brand performance, customer acquisition, or business outcomes.

GeoAscend provides software, analysis, and workflow support. It does not provide guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI citations, legal advice, financial advice, or professional services unless expressly agreed in writing.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoAscend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to GeoAscend for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using GeoAscend at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

We may update the product, pricing, limits, or these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective policy on geoascend.ai or otherwise provide reasonable notice.
