A simple and fair refund policy for an early-stage SaaS product.
GeoAscend is a subscription software product for agencies and freelancers, and we want our billing expectations to stay clear and practical.
When refunds may be considered
GeoAscend may consider refund requests for first-time subscriptions, duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or material billing errors.
Any refund review is handled case by case based on account history, subscription timing, and actual product usage.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available for partial subscription periods, previously refunded accounts, or cases where the service has already been substantially used during the billing cycle.
Custom commercial arrangements, pilot agreements, or invoiced enterprise-style services may be subject to separate written terms.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@geoascend.ai from the address associated with your account and include your account email, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Response time
We aim to review refund requests within five business days. If more information is needed, we may contact you before making a final decision.
